My first attempting baking sourdough bread with our starter in the dutch oven. I almost killed the starter that was given to us, but was able to revive it. Soon after it reviving it, it occurred to me that the minerals in our water may not be helping it so I switched over to spring water with much better results. We’ll see if it tastes as good as it looks.
