    We found this sample during our Labor Day excursion around the Chuck Keiper Trail, West Loop. According to my Audobon Society Field Guide, the Bee Balm wildflower is also referred to as Oswego Tea: “the leaves were used for a tea by the Oswego Indians of New York”.
