    While this is the best view of Dix Mountain from the peaks in the Dix Range, the tallest point you see in the photo is actually Buck-horn, which is hiding the Dix Mountain summit. The Dix Mountain summit sits just North of Buck-horn. Dix Mountain is the fifth of four 46ers I summited yesterday, bringing my total to 9 of the Adirondacks 46ers.
