"The Hook and Sling" (Eddie Bo & The Soul Finders)

February 15, 2014

Legend has it that Eddie Bo’s Soul Finders included Walter “Wolfman” Washington on Guitar, and that the Soul Finders eventually turned into an old band of Walter’s called the Soul Powers.

Eddie Bo produced a few 45s of Walter’s, one of which is floating around on an old NOLA label called Three Oaks, which was presumably recorded prior to him getting the name “Wolfman”.
