Edward Washington Turns 70 →

A few articles and weblog posts from NOLA audiophiles across the vast spans of the internet paint an interesting story of Walter “Wolfman” Washington’s background as a musician and guitarist. This latest article is an interview from the December issue of Offbeat Magazine, where Washington talks about performing with Lee Dorsey, Irma Thomas, Johnny Adams, and John Williams’ & The Tick Tocks. Interestingly, it was John Williams who gave Edward Washington the name “Walter Wolfman”.
