It’s been a while now since picked up that Squier Tele, but last night I finally got around to adding a string guide to the headstock for the B and high E strings (this one — from Musician’s Friend). Without it, any chord or heavy pluck to an open high E would pop the string out of the nut. The problem seems to be resolved, though I had to drill through the “Squier” decal.
